BULB Magazine # 18 is pleased to announce that we are going into partnership with online French arts journal Je Vous Vois (I See You). An independent publication, it is officially recognised by the Bibliotheque national de France (BnF) so is therefore archived and preserved as part of the art and literature collections. We would like to thank Matis Leggiadro, founder of Je Vous Vois, for all his work and enthusiasm, we look forward to working with him in the future. BULB Magazine will always endeavour to produce good quality and original writing and artwork. A bilingual and cross-cultural collaboration with Matis and         Je Vous Vois is sure to enhance this.
